About Annette Classic Cakes

I started decorating cakes for family and friends around 10 years ago and attended courses for 2 years which I enjoyed so much that I decided to start my own cake decorating business.
My speciality is Royal Icing which was passed down from my grandmother to my late sister and on to me.
The recipe I use for fruit cakes is a secret recipe from my grandmother and known only to me.
Last year I attended a 3 day course at Squires Kitchen in Surrey led by Eddie Spence MBE in Masterclass Royal Icing.
